This year Barlens celebrates 50 years in business. We have a lot to celebrate as we look back on 50 years of supplying events in the ACT, NSW and throughout Australia.

Barlens have extensive experience with party hire, working with a variety of occasions: children’sx’ parties, backyard parties, lakeside venues, pop-up venues, historic spaces, small and large marquees, wet, dry, hot and cold days, you name it, we’ve covered it.
At Barlens, we pride ourselves on our ability to provide a huge range of wedding marquees, furniture, catering, AV and staging equipment to help create a unique and memorable celebration. Barlens work with a large number of venues across ACT, NSW and Victoria. We are always excited to see new spaces or speak with new venues to see what we can do to create a unique and magical event.
Depending on the size of your event will depend on the services Barlens can offer. For those bigger events – we have event and operations consultants who can work with you to ensure all bases are covered with smooth bump in and out. Or, if you wish to keep it simple, we have a pick up service which allows you to collect and return your own hire gear.
Unlike many other hire organisations, Barlens include the cleaning of catering equipment in to the price of your hire. So, aside from a rinse, we will take your 400 champagne flutes and wash them so that they are 100% hygienically clean for the next hire, allowing you to enjoy your event and leave the worry for us.
Barlens extensive range of marquees, furniture, catering, AV and crowd fencing allows us to supply a myriad of different events. From small community events, large corporate and government events and music festivals to intimate weddings and boutique dinners. The event team have a combined experience of over fifty years and have endless advice and ideas to share with both the amateur and expert event organiser.
